Somewhat: I reasonably understand the customer segment I am trying to serve and their problems. I have conducted a a few qualitative interviews and surveys to get to know them.
Not very well: I do not know my customers needs and challenges very well. I have not done any comprehensive research to find out about them but read some research that seems to validate my hypotheses.
